Kudos to DD for a #8 class. He managed this with no time and very little staff. I hope he takes at least a week off and rests and re-connects with his family. Realistically, if Kiffin et al. had stayed we might have had a top 3 class (even without Stone) but I am so much more encouraged about the long term prospects for UT now. Can you imagine where UT would be if we had hired DD a year ago instead of Kiffin? UT would already be like it's going to be in a couple of years. I certainly don't blame Hamilton. We were all excited about Kiffin's assistant coaches but it did get old defending Kiffin's actions to the rest of our SEC brethren. Finally, I look forward to when DD retires in 15 years and turns the reins over to Manning...
