Every week I hear what the experts are saying, even the other coaches are talking about the job Dooley has already done. It is easy to jump on a team while they are down but I will not let my emotions over rule my common sense. There are good things happening here. With the one exception being GA UT fought toe to toe with OU, UF, LSU, USC, and Bama while both team were equal. It was in the 2nd half when the lack of depth, experience and size took its toll on this team.
The coaches are doing the best they can with what they have. The worst thing any true Vol fan can do is become part of the problem and not part of the solution. We can be part of this rebuilding by being supportive, giving coach Dooley time to recruit, install and get the players accustom to this new system. Wilcox did not sign a single player he has to coach at this point.
Be a true fan, support these young men who, even with all the uncertainty going on, made the decision to give their all for Tennessee.
