Unfortunately, as the post below yours indicates, this is not a dead issue yet. It won't be over until the NCAA rulings are known and CCM shows that he is the man to lead the Vols back to the heights reached by Pearl before he lost his way. It is a good thing for those of us who loved Pearl and what he brought to UT basketball to understand precisely what led to whatever consequences the NCAA imposes on us. Not all of us knew the exact sequence of events or what was known by whom at each stage.
