With all these example of coaches having similar or worst problems than when Dooley came to Tennessee, sort of throws out the idea that a coach HAS to have three or four years to turn around a program. Love the Vols but truly do not believe Dooley is the man for us and we will not be much better next year than we were this year. If we pay the big money for a coach a good, proven coach will come to Tennessee. Again it will have to be big money not the nickel and dimes we are paying to Dooley.
