Another stupid rule by "Slime" and his crew. I suppose, theoretically, a team could suffer many last minute defections a few consecutive years and find themselves unable to field 85 scholarship players. Because, as I understand it, next year and thereafter there will be a "hard" signing limit of 25 regardless of whether or not you signed 25 the year before or if you're under the 85 player limit. Is this correct?
