Don't get me wrong, I like the Weeklys. I think they're good coaches and great recruiters, but I think they tend to over-coach a little sometimes. They seem to think it's a little too much about them. Let Ivy or Ellen throw two or three bad pitches and they're in there jerking them out. Seems to me they need to use their great skills of attracting superior talent, coaching them like heck in practice, and then just turn them loose. They need to recruit some heavy hitters, too. Lay off of these slap hitters. I don;t think that's the future of womens's softball.

Just my opinion--I'm certainly no softball expert.
