No other major sports allow this BS.

A basketball player can declare for the draft, then change his mind by a deadline before the draft, and come back to school to play. A football player can't even do that. Once he says he's going to be available for the draft, he's done at the college level forever. Baseball players can wait until after the draft to make a decision. When is the NCAA going to bring them all in line?
