Oh my gosh a college kid ripping along on a Jet Ski and splashing his friends and playing chicken. We should give him the electric chair!!! Is it stupid yes. Is it what college males do? All the time. This equates to a reckless driving ticket. Very stupid will be funny to look back at in 20 year since nobody got hurt.
