So what to do with CSS.... From a personal point of view he must be having sleepless nights. If I were him and wanted to extend my coaching career, I might think about negotiating a package and walking away. Do the right thing. Tennessee would more than likely give him some of his buyout to just plain quit - it would help UT, it would strongly help CDD, and it would help CSS future job search. Oh, and I liked Wilcox, but I supported getting CSS - I did have my doubts about where he was on the career tree, but figured if he wasn't any good, he would not have been on Saban's staff. Hmmmm. That is why I am not the AD I guess....
