His college roomate Peter Sirmon, Linebackers coach, went with him. THEY BOTH MOVED HOME!!! Wilcox now works a short drive from where he grew up. It didn't have one single thing to do with his feelings about Dooley's coaching capabilities.

As far as players respecting Dooley .. That is not what it sounds like in any single interview with the players I've ever read.
