Agree.
It's cruel and unfair to everyone to let Dooley just twist in the wind waiting for a 'end of the season evaluation'. The evaluation is complete and more games will not change the obvious facts.
IF Hart has not made a decision by now, he's either blind, foolish, or lazy, or all three.

For heavens sake, do it now and let the recovery process get started.
