I stood by Dooley when others were abandoning ship. I cannot any longer. His teams continually fall apart in the second half, unless they have already fallen apart in the first. What is scary to me, is that I am not upset. I rooted for the Vols for 55 years before this year. I lived and died with their successes or failures. The situation no longer fazes me. If I am not alone in this, and I do not think I am, this could spell the end not only for Dooley (heck, he should be able to live well without ever having to work another day in his life with what he will have made from UT in 3 years), but for UT football in general. The program is moribund. Thank you Jimmy Cheek, Mike Hamilton, Lane Kiffin, Dave Hart (he demanded Sunseri) and, yes, Derek Dooley.
