In my humble opinion, Rich Rod is the best choice. It was pretty amazing what he did at WV with much lower recruting success. Michigan's turnaround was really the time it took to recruit the players to fit his system. UT will do better in the long run to get a creative offensive mind that can thrive with atheletes that aren't 4 or 5 star recruits.
