But in the ACC where he came from, a team can come out of nowhere and win that league and go the Orange Bowl. Look at Wake Forest from a few seasons ago, for example. Maryland (where Franklin was Ralph Friedgen's OC), Virginia, and Wake could all be in the market for head coaches at the end of this season or next. Look for Franklin to be a top candidate for any or all of those spots.

Meanwhile, where is Dave Hart?
