Explain why my post is stupid? Is something untrue?

Is he a good man? Was he wrong for moving up and taking a better job that NOBODY wanted? Was he unethical or lazy? He worked his tail off and tried his very best. But, he wasn't successful so he had to go.

But what did he do to deserve the immature hatred?
