I beleive Gruden would excel at both of these, which incidentally were/are strengths of Kiffin's. Conversely these were DD's weaknesses. Keep in mind that an excellent position coach as HC cannot do the job alone, hence the need for excellence on-staff. Think of both points while considering your Christmas wishes. BTW- I for one am sick of hearing Adams's man crush on Art Briles. His total body of work is just not that impressive.
