That being the case I doubt if Jon Gruden, or any other coach, would give two hoots in hell whether ESPN was miffed about him returning to coaching. If they see a job that they want and every thing else is ok (money, family, etc.)they are going to go for it. Gruden is a hired gun at ESPN. One missed word on national TV and they would fire him tomorrow. Why should he have more loyalty to them than they have for him. Gruden would have a chance to become a King (I will not use the word God except for the actually God)at UT. If he turned the Vols around he would be held up with Neyland, Etc. I think that alone would make the job appealing to him.
