Here are his options:
1) Stay in school, learn brand new offense, under a brand new HC and OC, have to bother with another year of classes, studying, not being able to drink and party like you want, not being able to ride SeaDoos, toss beer bottles, get your head caved in again by Florida, Bama, UGA, etc.. Or,
2) Apply for the draft, go anywhere from round 1 to round 3, sign for anywhere from 8 million per year to 2.5 mill per year, learn for a year or two behind a starter or even work your way into the starting spot as a rookie.

Hmm, choices, choices.

you're obviously not very knowledgeable about NFL QBs if you really believe Bray is going in the first 3 rounds. No chance. Read all the draftnik nonsense you want, it ain't happening. His arm strength does not outweigh his lack of ability to read defenses, his immobility, his frail body or his emotional immaturity. He has no chance of starting for any team in the league for at least 3-5 years and teams don't no longer waste top picks on guys they can't count on early.
