His arm strength does not outweigh his lack of ability to read defenses, his immobility, his frail body or his emotional immaturity. He has no chance of starting for any team in the league for at least 3-5 years and teams don't no longer waste top picks on guys they can't count on early.

Bray is just as mobile as Phillip Rivers is. I don't see the Chargers complaining.
