the notion that the best we could get was Dooley back in 2010 is hawgwash,,we just made a bad hire, and I'm sure passed over some good hires. I thought CDD would have done ok but was wrong

i think Hart has got the sense and urgency to get a very good coach,,,,plus he broke enough glass in the re-org that he got a suit or two filed. That's a person of action and resolve.
