Whatever we decide to do or whoever we decide to hire is going to have to play catch up on the recruiting trail. Kids aren't truly going to wait around and the other schools are definitely going to use this against us just like they have in the past. Kids are going to start listening to all these coaches that have stable programs and then say "do you really want to go to a school that doesn't even know who their next coach is going to be". Are better yet " you see we made it to a post season bowl game, Tennessee hasn't be to the big bowls since when". Kids will sit and listen and change alliances because they feel the need to accept. So unless a parent says wait it out and see they will abandon ship one after the other. I sure don't hope thats the case. I love my Volunteers. GBO!!
