What has he done for TT lately? This year 5-7 in Big 12, 7-5 overall. Beat powerhouses like NW State (who?), TX State and NM, but also lost 3 blowouts to ranked teams this year. Sound familiar? Been there, done that, burnt the T-shirt.

In 2011, 2-7 (conf record) and finished 9th in the Big 12. In 3 years, lost twice as many conf games as he has won.
