Kids aren't truly going to wait around and the other schools are definitely going to use this against us just like they have in the past. Kids are going to start listening to all these coaches that have stable programs and then say "do you really want to go to a school that doesn't even know who their next coach is going to be". Are better yet " you see we made it to a post season bowl game, Tennessee hasn't be to the big bowls since when". Kids will sit and listen and change alliances because they feel the need to accept. So unless a parent says wait it out and see they will abandon ship one after the other. I sure don't hope thats the case. I love my Volunteers. GBO!!

Recruits often commit, decommit, and commit again several times during the recruiting process, often right up until national signing day. I'm not too worried about recruiting right now, because if we get a coach that has a proven track record and can bring back some excitement, he may be able to sway a few toward UT that have already committed elsewhere. Happens all the time.
