Whatever it takes do hit the PR and recruiting home run because that is exactly what is needed at this point in time. A big energy boost for the fans, recruits, coaches and league. If the Haslam's can get this done with the university... hooray. It would be a big momentum shifter, can you imagine the recruiting leverage this would give the Vols ???
