Nobody ever mentions Sean Payton who was released from his contract with the Saints by the NFL. His credentials are as good as Grudens. Next you have June Jones who took Hawaii to the top Bowls and turned SMU's death penealty days into 4 straight Bowl games. Great offensive mind with NFL experience and rcruits the state of Texas. Chris Ault is the best choice and the pistol offense is awesome but nobody seems to be able to buy him away from Reno. There are many good choices beside Gruden or Golden with much more experience..
