Because we have an AD that has a vision of Stability instead of believing UT deserves championships. We are going to find out what Dave Hart thinks of Tennessee football with this hire. It was repeatedly said this was a critical Crossroads hire. So, if we get a B-Teamer, then Hart thinks we are a B Team program.

Ohio St expects 10 wins every year, to contend for a Big 10 Championship every year, and to be in the running for a National Championship pretty much every year. So, they hired a coach with that kind of performance.
