I hope this search results in a positive turn for UT but if things do not work out there is one move that must be made regardless. Every administrator, board member, and booster who was responsible or played a role in the manner in which Phil Fulmer was terminated as head coach must be exiled from the UT Athletic program. I am not advocating for Phil Fulmer to return as head coach but I believe the methods used in his "firing" gave UT a black eye among a large and significant number of members of the coaching profession. In a sense a "Fulmer curse" was created and until those people who are viewed as villians by the Coaching Profession are "exorcised" from UT Athletic Department I believe things will get worse. (Anyone know a good priest?)
