I believe Strong and Gundy were afraid if they come here and fail it would be back to cordinator positions for them. Tennessee is a Big job and requires relentless recruiting from all over the nation.

Another name to throw out their besides the ones that have been mentioned a thousand times is the guy from Michigan State Mark Dantonio, MSUs' Defense is ranked 4th in the NCAA right now, the guy has went 11-1 and 10-2 there and have to give him credit MSU is not a easy place to win at, just a thought.
