Cheeks should be fired to help offset the senseless payouts to Dooley and the staff. Why Cheeks hired Dooley to begin with is beyond reason. Who would hire a guy who went 4-8 at La. Tech then on top of that give hime a buyout of 5 million if he doesn't work out? To have an idiot like Cheeks making decisions at the University of Tenn. says a lot about those above him.
