This guy has at least been a winner everywhere he has been, even if it's at lower levels. That's something Kiffin and Dooley didn't have when they walked in. I like that he is confident in his ability to win if you follow his approach. There's a reason why we still have Neyland's Maxims 70 years later - blocking, tackling, kicking game and turnovers define the winners and the losers - even in the SEC. So let's see what this guy can do. Hopefully he's a good enough recruiter to get some good players in here to see what kind of a gameday coach he is in 2013.
