After living in California for 2 years. I know if given the option of Knoxville or LA area. I would stay out west also.
For those who argue against. U must not have cruised on PCH early on a Sunday morning. Never been to Yosemite Valley. Take a trip thru the desert to 'Vegas. Drive down to San Diego Bay. It's SO nice.
