Im looking forward to a new era in UT football and based on the amount of time available to get a new staff in place I think CBJ has done a very good job getting his staff up and running, they are already busy on the recruiting trail, getting this much accomplished in under a week says alot about his determination to get the job done. As for the complaints about the staff, the best coaches win with the staff they are the most confident with no matter who they are or where they coached.
