JU, please explain. I've read your post three-four times and can't understand the message. Help. What disadvantages does the program have tied to the governor or board of trustees?
pcshowtime mentions it above. As I understand it the academic requirements are such that a player can be NCAA qualified AND SEC qualified but still may not qualify for UT. I can't quote exact requirements, but this is what I've read and heard from several outlets. Additionally, transfer credits for scholarship students are calculated in a way that makes it more difficult for someone to transfer in, such as a JUCO.
