UF is easily top 3. EASILY. Florida's revenues are higher than at least 4 teams ahead of them, their location and facilities are on par with the best of the best, and if one of the categories is value to the conference, then Notre Dame shouldn't be on the list, AS THEY GET A ZERO IN THAT CATEGORY.

Oh yes, UF is top 3.
