Jones has great PR skills and seems very likable. Other than that I am not informed other than the articles here to say how good his staff is. However I think some of you may agree that "the best staff in America" comments Jones made at the first press conference is the expected B.S. spin. Jones did not shop one single coach other than retain Graham and ask Martin. Other than that all the coaches are from Central Michigan or Cincinatti. Who knows, could be a terrific staff, but the best staff in the country....right.
