This is gong to be a long hard climb to get back in the top half of the conference. Might as well prepare yourself.

Have to agree ..it is going to be a hard climb..from everything I can see about Jones..he could well be the guy who can get the job done..the big question I see is simply ..how long can the product on the field put fans in the stands..
