I still think any perceived problem with Stokes is a "team" problem. Someone else has to consistently step up as a scorer, whether it's one or two players or several by committee. The way things are now, even Shaq would have trouble scoring against Stokes' 2-3 defenders per possession.
I agree..No easy answers here.If Stokes was 3 inches taller than it's a mute point but good post players create off the dribble and the way he gets surrounded it's become impossible..He has nice touch so 10 foot face up shots might help..At this time Martin should have set plays to offset all these double teams feeding Hall on the backside but I have yet to see it. Memphis beat us last year because they were longer and way more pure athletic talent. I don't see this year being any different unless Golden and McRae can light them up from the perimeter
