I think Dooley fooled a lot of us into thinking he was really a nice guy. All I have heard is all the local high school coaches couldn't stand the guy. He was also a micromanager. I spoke to a former Vol, who graduated in 2011 at the Florida game and he told me that Dooley was a pierce and the players didn't like him.
