When Jones recruits top athletes like Phillip Fulmer did, and starts pulling in recruits in the top 10 to 12 classes, then he has a prayer---if he is ale to coach at this oevel, to win the SEC East---not the SEC---the SEC East. That is provided he brings in coaches who have excelled at that level...
