CBJ understands the importance of developing Tennessee high school players, and getting them to Knoxville. Do you all think 4's and 5's just happen because of natural ability in random places around the country? Could it be that great football players come from hard work and good coaching starting at, say age 13?

Yes, a national recruiting program is mandatory. However, equally important is developing kids who become VOLS before they turn 10.
