He has the background and surely seems to know what is needed. I agree FWB I hope this staff can get it together and show progress even in the first year if possible. We will especially need to see steps forward in the second. Whatever is going to happen, it's on now with recruiting and a group of coaches which to me seem very glad to be here. GO BIG ORANGE!
