Who would I have hired? Jim Harbaug from Stanford/49'rs. And I wouldn't have offered bargan basement prices for him and his staff either.

Finally...i'm not expecting him to turn it around in one season. That's why I said "I FEEL SORRY FOR THE COACHES".
