His substituting is similar to Pearls in the early part of the game..Some of it seems to have no reasoning but Iam beginning to understand the subbing more. There is not one consistent player on this team except for Richardson..Martin is forced to look for 3 players with a hot hand and playing hard on defense..So we end up with a lot of guys shuffling in and out.He also doesn't have a problem pulling Stokes if he playing bad
