Should be a good recruiting point. Come to TN and you can play right away. Want proof, look at our line-up. Does any one of CCM's assistant coaches have experience coaching post players? Maybe, they should get some help from the women's BB coaches. If a player does not improve over the coures of time, that is bad coaching. Play hard or sit them down.
