That's a nice sentiment and all...but facts are facts---The only things these kids have done on the field on gameday have been marginal at best. Almost non-exhistent.

I get what you're saying about the "star factor". But, signing more and more players with good ratings increases your chances of having an outstanding team. Signing kids with poor/average ratings increases your chances of having a poor/average team.
