These players coming in next year will be freshmen, and there's a great chance they get their butts handed to them even just trying to beat out the upperclassmen.

The teams UT will have to go through next year will be both athletic and smart: UConn, ND, Stanford, Duke. What that means is UT will need outstanding guard play...intelligent guard play.

Don't forget UNC. They are getting better and will be even better next year. Unfortunately our guard play has been our achilles heel the past 5 years. We have had to use player to play out of their position at point. We had Bass although a scrappy and good teammate , was slightly undersized. And now Ariel , a good PG and floor leader but she is just one step slower than the elite PGs in the league and gets picked way too often. Draya to me is the idea PG in today's game. Not going to harp on our guards play this year because they lost to the best teams with the best guards in the country this year. Believe me CW being a guard will address this quickly and recruit and have recruited some very good guards.
