Tamika is the greatest and her words to the players are a plus, but this team has no half court game , nor can they adjust on defense against teams with comparable talent. The coaching staff needs to develop the players' basketball skills, and spend less time being psychologists.

It would be great to see more player and team development rather than having to always rely on next year's recruits.
