i'm not one of those fans who values athletics over academics, but hammy single handedly turned the u.t. athletic dept. into a toxic waste dump. he should always be remembered for hiring a head football coach with zero credentials and when the inevitable happened, that nothing coach walked away with a hammy designed five million dollar golden parachute. btw, he didn't forget himself while he was looting the department. for proving his own incompetence, he walked with a mil and a half.
