You are of course entitled to your opinion.
However, your's is the only negative opinion of the facilities I've encountered.
Everyone else seems quite impressed.
Although I haven't visited it myself, I do know that the few pictures I've seen during interviews and such showed a much different picture than you paint.
For example, the video of coach Jones' first meeting with the team showed (the meeting room at least) EXACTLY as depicted.
