The blame lies with coach Martin. The scouting report is the same for every team. Keep running off of picks and you will get open. They simply refuse to switch on screens. On offense all we do is dribble. When we dribble to the corners just trap them and we will turn it over. When they dribble in the paint just strip them.
How about something simple? Instead of one player bringing the ball up the court, have your 2 and three flank him on the wings. That way they could pass their way out of any pressure. If they don't pressure then at least the player with the ball could have a running start on his defender toward driving the paint. When we start our offense, we are starting from a standstill.
